The house has three bedrooms upstairs and a big one double bedroom flat downstairs (with it's own facilities, a comfortable extra sofa bed, 2 spare mattresses and plenty of extra room to bunk down). The downstairs flat is NOT rented out separately and is only available if you are already renting upstairs....It is a great place for friends or family who may like to visit during your stay or to send the kids when you want some peace & quiet!

Accommodation Rates: Upstairs 3 bedroom area:
Weekend: $320 (Friday afternoon until Monday morning)
Full week: $520 (seven nights commencing any weekday)
Midweek: $350 (Monday afternoon until Friday Morning)
Long Weekend: $370 (four nights spanning holiday weekends)

Downstairs 1 bedroom flat (not available separately):
Weekend: additional $120
Full week: additional $170
Midweek: additional $120

The rooms have doonas, blankets and pillows...linen and towels are an extra $20 per bed.

Rear Deck

The rear of the home has views stretching from the city through Richmond, then around to Mount Banks and Mount Hay. This northerly sunny aspect catches the winter sun all day and the deck has a gas BBQ. The verandah has clear Laserlite roofing with pull across shades and lets in plenty of sunshine in winter and is shady and cool in summer. The verandah has a gate on it and the backyard is fully enclosed with five foot colourbond fencing.

Wentworth Falls Railway Station and shops are a 20 minute walk away and the Wentworth Falls lake is nearby. The Wentworth Falls Country Club is close by if you are a golf enthusiast.

Sun Room

The kitchen and breakfast room are bright and sunny....Accommodation with a northerly sunny aspect is desirable in winter!

lounge room

This home has a large L shaped lounge/dining area with television and DVD player. There are two gas heaters which keep the whole house warm all through winter.
